Redemption Policy
Labor Only: Points apply to labor costs only. Materials and government fees must be paid separately with cash or transfer. | Standard Booking: Please book 3 to 5 business days in advance. | Emergency Service: Work required within 48 hours, on weekends, or after 6 PM will be charged at a 3x point multiplier. | Short on Points: Members can buy extra points at the rate of $70/point.
How to Earn More Points
Re-hire: Earn points on your next renovation contract. | Referral Bonus: Successfully refer a friend who signs a contract with us, and you will earn bonus RRH points. The rewarded points are calculated based on the scale and complexity of the referred project. | Google Review: Get instant points for leaving a 5-star review with photos.
